Just listening to the excellent Football Weekly podcast by The Guardian talking about the Johnstones Paint Trophy Final tomorrow and found myself getting excited at the prospect of certain Conference sides, including those relegated from the Football League the previous season, taking part in it. Eleven teams have been top of the table already this season-that’s twice as many as the total for the last two seasons combined!
