- The Cull Begins - So the first tranche of players released has been announced, and although there are some sensible decisions (and one which is a blessed relief!) - Tremendous News! - Surprising but terrific news-Carl Tremarco stays! I didn't expect that to be the case for a moment, but it's a heck of a boost as we look forward to our step into the unknown. - Time for Proctor - It's time to give Michael Proctor a chance, isn't it? I didn't totally understand the decision to release him and I thought his efforts in the pre-season friendlies merited him getting a go in the squad earlier than he did. - Time for fighting spirit - I'm not sure what the opposite of a summit meeting is, a base camp meeting perhaps, but that's what the Mansfield game was.
